The decision itself is a big one. It's an investment in yourself and unless a miracle has occurred that I haven't heard about, your insurance doesn't cover it. It's coming out of your pocket and your financial budget isn't the only factor. You'll be investing time and energy during and between sessions.
We're talking about money, there's no way around it. Check out other coaches' websites, have discovery calls (those are usually free..I think they ALWAYS should be). Don't choose based on the quality of their website graphics. When you think "Hell yes!!" after speaking with one, you'll feel good about your investment.
What to look at
Things to discuss with your potential coach:
Monthly - This is a perfect starting point for coaching. One or two sessions sets things in motion in a big way, but 4 weekly hour-long sessions creates space for large, sustainable shifts. Also includes one email coaching session per month, and email support as needed.
Monthly - A great place to start to get your feet wet in the coaching world. 4 one-hour sessions.
Often used as a touch-up by clients I've previously worked on. One hour-long session focusing on a single subject.
Sometimes it's hard to find an hour to sit and talk. Sometimes it's easier to write things than to say them out loud. This package offers a month of coaching that fits into your schedule in any configuration you choose. One month of weekly email sessions.
