If your answer is "I have no idea." followed by "I don't even remember where I wanted to be, I just know I'm not there.", you're in the right place. I'm not your typical coach. We won't sit and gab about how shitty things are and how long they've been that way. I won't send you off with a virtual box of tissues and affirmations. We're going to go deep, get messy, find the half-healed wounds and unrequited desires you may not even know you have. We'll figure out how you got here and where you really want to be. You might not even know where that IS yet - better still! You're at the starting point of the wildest journey you'll ever make - into the deepest grooves of your heart and soul. We'll find what's making you hurt, what's holding you back. You won't walk away from this with tissues and affirmations - you'll emerge knowing exactly where you want to be, with a customized map and set of tools to get you there. And anywhere else you might like to go.
I know you just rolled your eyes, I could hear it from here. And that "Yeah, right..", I heard that too. I've been there more often than I care to confess. My shit-show history doesn't look exactly like yours, but I've felt some combination of the same (wretched, hopeless, infuriating, mind-numbing - I could go on and on but why?) emotions you're feeling while those shows run uncancelled for way too long. Stopping the show seems impossible enough, let alone turning it into an epic, binge-worthy masterpiece. It's hard, when you're in the thick of it, to even remember what you love. Finding a way to make your life not just better, not just good, but one you full-on fucking LOVE isn't impossible. It isn't even as hard as it sounds. In fact, if it's hard to find the way, or the way itself is hard to follow, you might be using an outdated map. That's ok, I'm here to re-route you, and since I'll be your passenger, we get to use the carpool lane and get there even faster! Trust me, I know the way (and have taken most of the wrong ones already, so we won't get lost). I'm familiar with the awesome destination and I know all the good drive-throughs to hit when we need a breather. Pardon the mixed metaphors. Shit-shows, road trips, no matter, we're headed in the right direction.
